We're excited to invite you to partner with us at NAQ '25. We are offering exhibitor, sponsor and advertising opportunities at NAQ's 30th annual national conference being held at the Gaylord Texan Hotel in Grapevine, TX August 5-8, 2025.

  • Exhibitors will be invited to set up their booths on August 5th from 8:00AM - 5:00PM or on August 6th from 7:00AM - 8:00AM. Exhibit hours will be from 8:00AM - 5:00PM on August 6th and 8:00am-1:00pm on August 7th. Exhibit space will need to be completely cleaned and exhibits cleared from the hotel by 3:00pm on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

  • $600: One 6-foot, linen-less table, two chairs, and access to public Wi-Fi. Lunch for up to two exhibit personnel per booth will be provided on August 6th & 7th. Exhibitors are welcome to join attendees and speakers for an evening reception on Tuesday, August 5th from 7:00-8:00pm.

Accommodations:

Conference participants are being offered a discounted room rate of $219 per night from Monday, August 4 through Friday, August 8, 2025. The discounted room rate is available on reservations made by July 7, 2025. If you are entitled to tax exemption, please bring your tax documentation to the check-in desk.

There will be a $28 room fee per night plus applicable taxes added to the guest room rate. This fee covers several in-room amenities.
