The 25th Annual QIDP Conference:  Cancelled

The National Association of QIDPs was established and held their first annual conference in 1996.  Our goal was to create a unique experience in which attendees could learn, share, and connect with one another.  Each year we look forward to spending this time with you - our friends and colleagues.  We’ve been particularly excited to about the event this year as it marks our 25th anniversary.

In response to the current pandemic, we’ve been closely following the advice of and predictions from leading infectious disease experts.  Based on this information we felt it was necessary to cancel the 25th annual QIDP Conference from August 4 – 7, 2020 in order to ensure the safety and well-being of our friends and colleagues.

Rest assured that NAQ will be refunding registration costs for attendees and exhibitors who have already paid.  If payment was made by credit card, reimbursement will be made to that same card.  If you paid by check, we will mail you a check in the amount of the refund.

On a positive note, we have formalized arrangements for next year’s QIDP Conference.  Please mark your calendars for August 10 – 13, 2021.  We’re pleased to announce that we will be hosting the event in New Orleans, LA at the Roosevelt Hotel.

NAQ knows that many of you rely on the QIDP Conference to learn about best practices and innovative strategies.  For this reason, we have decided to host a variety of sessions in a virtual format over the course of the year.  We will be offering continuing education credits for the sessions as we know many of you are struggling to meet licensing requirements for CEUs due to the unprecedented number of event cancellations this year.  Please keep an eye on your inbox for registration details.

Thank you for being part of the NAQ family.  Stay safe. Stay well.  And, we’ll connect in New Orleans in 2021!
